on december 24th, 2014, michael and the boys and i, plus our two cats, embarked on an adventure of unknown duration, wandering all over the US with a camper, a goal, some skills, and a lot of unknowns. the story is unfolding in online form over on www.heartloose.com, so most of my blogging will be there for the duration of the trip. i hope to do some posting here, but can't promise. it's a huge change, an exciting one, and one full of uncertainty and a huge amount of faith. would love it if you followed along, shouted encouragements from time to time, and helped me feel not quite so disconnected and invisible. thanks in advance :).
Jan 2020 UPDATE : In August of 2019 we bought 32 acres on Clinch Mountain in NE Tennessee, and are working on making it habitable for our well-traveled camper! Updates are still happening over there …
